根据国家建委《工程建设规范管理办法》和建设部“关于加强对回弹法评定混凝土抗压强度技术规程的管理和组织培训的通知”精神,回弹法评定混凝土抗压强度技术规程(JGJ—23—85)管理组——陕西省建筑科学研究所于1985年11月19至22日在江苏省扬州市召开了“规程管理实施办法”讨论及工作会议。除西藏外全国28个省、区的规程管理小组负责人等80多人出席了会议。
In accordance with the guidelines of the State Construction Commission “Regulations for Engineering Construction Management” and the “Notice on Strengthening the Management and Organization Training of the Technical Guidelines for Evaluating the Compressive Strength of Concrete for the Rebound Method” of the Ministry of Construction, the technical regulations for the method of evaluating the compressive strength of concrete by the rebound method (JGJ— 23-85) Management Team - The Shaanxi Institute of Building Science held a discussion and working conference on “Regulatory Management Implementation Measures” in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province from November 19 to 22, 1985. In addition to Tibet, more than 80 people, including heads of regulatory management teams from 28 provinces and districts across the country, attended the meeting.
