[目的]通过实施“加强孕前保健,减少出生缺陷”项目,促进优生优育工作开展,减少出生缺陷儿的发生。[方法]采取部门配合,强化人员培训,普及孕前健康教育,广泛开展孕前保健技术服务等措施。[结果]公民对出生缺陷一级预防的知晓率、婚前医学检查率、孕产妇保健率和住院分娩率提高,出生缺陷的发生率和婴儿死亡率下降。[结论]广泛开展孕前保健服务,可降低出生缺陷,确保儿童生存质量。
[Objective] To promote the development of prenatal and postnatal care and reduce the incidence of birth defects through the implementation of the project of “Strengthening prenatal care and reducing birth defects”. [Methods] Take measures such as department coordination, personnel training enhancement, popularization of pre-pregnancy health education, extensive pre-pregnancy health care technical service and so on. [Results] Citizens’ awareness of primary prevention of birth defects, premarital medical examination rate, maternal health rate and hospital delivery rate increased, the incidence of birth defects and infant mortality rate decreased. [Conclusion] Extensive pre-pregnancy health care services can reduce birth defects and ensure children’s quality of life.
