E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)是一种依赖于钙离子的细胞间黏附分子,对细胞间的连接和相互作用具有重要意义。本文就其结构、功能、表达调节机制及与鳞状细胞癌关系的研究进展作一综述。
E-cadherin (E-cadherin) is a calcium-dependent intercellular adhesion molecule that is important for cell-cell connections and interactions. This review summarizes the research progress of its relationship with the structure, function, expression and regulation of squamous cell carcinoma.
