【编者按】近年来,有关汉字字体及其单字字形、字库侵权纠纷诉讼案件已经引起国内业界、学界和司法部门的广泛关注。作为国内字体产业引领者的北京汉仪科印信息技术有限公司(汉仪公司)就先后起诉了北京金湛网艺图文设计制作中心(金湛网艺)、北京天地鑫源图文制作中心(天地鑫源)、北京交通印务实业公司(交通印务)、上海比信电脑分色有限公司(比信电脑)、福建厦门享联科技有限公司(厦门享联)等单位侵犯其相应软件著作权。
