根据中国在加入WTO谈判中作出的承诺,我们建立了两个一般均衡(CGE)模型,以分析“中国加入世界贸易组织对世界经济及其自身的影响”。这两个模型对工业品的关税削减、工业部门非关税壁垒的逐步取消、农业贸易自由化、分阶段取消对中国到发达国家的纺织品和服装出口的多纤维协定配额等四个有关中国加入世贸组织的政策进行了模拟研究,现将主要结论归纳如下: Based on China’s commitments made in the negotiations on its accession to the WTO, we have established two models of general equilibrium (CGE) to analyze “the impact of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization on the world economy and itself.” These two models cut tariffs on industrial products, the gradual elimination of non-tariff barriers in the industrial sector, the liberalization of agricultural trade, and the phase-out of quotas on multi-fiber agreements for the export of textiles and clothing from China to the developed countries.
