本文报告应用随机、双盲、自身对比法观察盾叶冠心宁治疗113例冠心病的结果。盾叶冠心宁抗心绞痛有效率为83.3％。较对照组(潘生丁)(63.9％)明显为高(P<0.05);心电图改善率分别为32.0％及23.8％。从部分病例所见,盾叶冠心宁治疗后血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平、全血粘度及血浆粘度均有明显下降,同时HDL—C有所上升,而对照组则无明显改变。
This report reports the results of a randomized, double-blind, self-contrast study of 113 cases of coronary heart disease. Shield leaf Corning anti-angina pectoris effective rate was 83.3%. Compared with the control group (dipyridamole) (63.9%) was significantly higher (P <0.05); ECG improvement rates were 32.0% and 23.8%. Seen in some cases, the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased significantly after treatment with guanylngxinning, while HDL-C increased at the same time, but there was no significant change in the control group.
