今年七月十一日至十七日,农村商品流通体制改革讨论会在大连辽宁财经学院召开。参加会议的共三十多人。有从事理论研究的,有在院校从事教学工作的,也有从事实际工作的同志。讨论会根据中共中央1984年1号文件精神,着重讨论了供销合作社的所有制性质,新形势下供销合作社的地位和作用,以及县联社的改革等问题。大家畅所欲言,各抒已见,收到了集思广益的效果。会议集中讨论了下列几个问题:一、关于供销社的所有制性质,大家一致认为,供销合作社的所有制性质不仅是一个理论问题,而且也是一个迫切需要在思想上明确,认识上统一的实际问题。会上对所有制有两种意见;大部分同志主张把供销社办成集体所有制的合作商
From July 11 to 17 this year, a seminar on the reform of rural commodity circulation system was held in Dalian Institute of Finance and Economics. A total of more than 30 people attended the meeting. There are engaged in theoretical research, there are teaching in colleges and universities, but also engaged in practical work comrades. Based on the document No. 1 of 1984 issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the seminar focused on the nature of the ownership of the supply and marketing cooperatives, the status and functions of the supply and marketing cooperatives under the new situation, and the reform of the county associations. Everyone speak their minds, the various expressions have seen, received a collective wisdom effect. The meeting focused on the following issues: First, regarding the nature of the ownership of the supply and marketing cooperatives, it was agreed that the ownership nature of the supply and marketing cooperatives was not only a theoretical issue but also an actual problem that needed urgent ideological clarification and unification of understanding.
