角膜轮廓测量在眼科学上有重要意义,但角膜的高通光率增加了其测量难度。根据角膜生物特性,结合无衍射栅型结构光条纹投影测量的优点,通过对角膜表面涂覆荧光素的方法实现角膜表面轮廓测量。介绍了无衍射栅型结构光条纹投影系统测量模型,角膜表面轮廓测量实验设计。搭建测量平台对涂有荧光素的兔眼角膜进行了测量,并观察了眼压升高引起兔眼角膜的变形现象。实验结果表明,利用无衍射栅型结构光投影可以实现角膜表面轮廓测量,验证了通过测量角膜表面轮廓曲率半径变化实现眼内压力非接触测量的可行性。
Corneal profilometry is of great interest in ophthalmology, but high corneal lumen output increases the difficulty of its measurement. According to the corneal biological characteristics, combined with the advantages of the non-diffraction grating structured light stripe projection measurement, corneal surface contour measurement is achieved by applying corneal fluorescein on the corneal surface. The measurement model of non-diffraction grating structured light stripe projection system and the experimental design of corneal surface contour measurement are introduced. A measurement platform was set up to measure the cornea of fluorescein-coated rabbit cornea, and observed that the intraocular pressure caused the deformation of rabbit cornea. The experimental results show that the corneal surface profile measurement can be realized by using the non-diffraction grating structured light projection and the feasibility of non-contact intraocular pressure measurement by measuring the curvature radius of the corneal surface profile is verified.
