目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定广升麻药材中铍、铝、铬、锰、镍、铜、砷、硒、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、镝、汞、铊和铅18种元素的方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定18种元素的含量,并进行方法学研究。结果:18种元素校正曲线线性关系良好,回收率符合痕量分析要求。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠,为广升麻药材的研究提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of beryllium, aluminum, chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, arsenic, selenium, molybdenum, silver, cadmium, tin, antimony, barium and dysprosium in Guangshengmai by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- Mercury, thallium and lead 18 kinds of elements of the method. Methods: After microwave digestion, the contents of 18 elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and the methodological study was carried out. Results: The calibration curves of 18 elements showed good linearity and the recovery rate was in accordance with the trace analysis requirements. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable, which provides a basis for the study of Radix Cinnabar.
