选择体况一致和体质量相近的25周龄健康花凤蛋鸡1 800只,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每重复100只。饲喂基础日粮为对照组,代谢能低于对照组的为试验1组,代谢能高于对照组的为试验2组,试验期8周,研究不同能量水平对花凤鸡生产性能的影响。试验表明,在26和27周龄,试验1组产蛋率比试验2组和对照组都有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);32周龄产蛋高峰期时,试验2组与对照组的产蛋率分别比试验1组提高4.92%和4.87%,差异显著(P<0.05);统计整个试验期,对照组和试验2组只日耗料和料蛋比与试验1组相比,分别降低4.53%、6.12%和4.48%、5.83%,均差异显著(P<0.05);不同能量水平的各试验组与对照组相比,蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋黄蛋白比和蛋黄色泽均差异不显著(P>0.05)。
