作者对大连市100例处级以上老干部离休后的人际关系类型变化进行了调查。本文结果提出如下分型:(1)离休前为指挥型(进攻型)转化为闭守型45人,占45%,其中女性6人。此型多为担任领导职务者,离休后社会交往骤然减少,多表现群离索居,闭门谢客;(2)原为和谐型(逊顺型)转化为强交际型33人,占33%,其中女性10人。这部分人多从事医师、教师和文艺工作者,离休后继续从事本职业的社会活动。调查33人中有30人离休后仍继续工作,占90.9%;(3)原为分离型者发展为强分离型22人,全部为男性,占22%。这部分人多为高级知识分子,经常担任独立工作,离休后性情愈加孤僻,寡言少语,单独行动,极少与人交往。
The author investigated the changes of the types of interpersonal relationships after retirement in 100 cases of cadres above the county level in Dalian. After retiring, their temperament is more and more solitary, with few words and few words, acting alone and rarely interacting with people.
