本文用正交试验法对赭石炮制方法进行了探讨。实验证明,传统的火煅醋淬,是有科学道理的。较合理的炮制方法为:在650℃温度下煅40min,入醋中淬(每100g赭石用醋40 ml),取出。再煅再淬,反复至醋尽。煅制温度是影响炮制品质量的主要因素。传统的炮制方法无法控制温度,建议赭石煅制应使用带有自动控制温度仪表的箱式电阻炉。
In this paper, the orthogonal test method was used to discuss the processing method of vermiculite. Experiments show that the traditional fired vinegar quenching is scientifically justified. The more reasonable processing methods are: calcining at 650°C for 40 minutes, quenching in vinegar (40 ml per 100 g of vermiculite), and taking out. Calcined and then quenched, repeated to vinegar. Forging temperature is the main factor affecting the quality of processed products. The traditional processing method cannot control the temperature. It is recommended that the box type resistance furnace with automatic control temperature meter should be used for the calcination of vermiculite.
