随着国民经济的发展和信息时代的进步,建筑工程造价管理的现代化程度得到了进一步的推动与发展。作为影响建筑工程造价管理信息化建设的重要技术支持,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术具有重要的应用地位。对该技术的应用打破了传统工程造价管理的固有模式,并对工程造价管理中的各个阶段产生了重要的影响。因此,本文着重分析BIM技术在建筑工程造价管理中的应用问题。
With the development of the national economy and the progress of the information age, the modernization of construction project cost management has been further promoted and developed. As an important technical support for the construction of information management of construction cost management, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has an important application status. The application of this technology has broken the inherent mode of traditional project cost management and has had a significant impact on all stages of project cost management. Therefore, this article focuses on the application of BIM technology in construction project cost management.
