经不同质量浓度的 778诱导剂处理过的 2个水稻品种 (丽粳 2号 ,十和田 ) ,在 (2 5± 1)℃ ,2 5 0 0lx的温箱中生长到二叶期的结果 :质量浓度为 33 .33g/L的抑制水稻的生长 ,2 5 .0 0g/L的为水稻生长的最适浓度 .在二叶期水稻的叶片上喷洒相应质量浓度的试剂 ,置于低温 (0± 1)℃ ,4d ,恢复 1d后 ,统计存活率 .经质量浓度为 33 .33g/L的试剂处理过的幼苗存活率最高 .抗冷品种 (丽粳 2号 )各质量浓度下的水稻幼苗的存活率均高于不抗冷品种 .西双版纳香荚兰种植基地的香荚兰在遭受了前后 2次 (0± 1)℃天然冻害后 ,在恢复生长过程中 ,对其分别给予了 778诱导剂 ,BR - 12 0的喷洒处理 .通过对不同部位香荚兰叶片的超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的测定发现 ,低温胁迫后的香荚兰植株 ,喷洒了BR - 12 0和 778诱导剂的植株 ,叶片中的SOD ,POD酶活性均高于对照植株
