“顾客是价值最大化追求者”是美国著名营销学家科特勒提出的著名观点,这句话非常精辟地概括了顾客最本质的特点。用一句通俗的话来解释,就是任何顾客都希望自己能得到多,而付出少。在此引用这一观点的目的,就是想说明:只要企业为顾客提供的产品和服务,能够使顾客付出少,而得到多,就可以达到增强顾客满意的目的。为了能够帮助大家更好地理解这一重要观点
“Customer is the pursuit of the maximum value ” is a well-known American marketing scientist Kotler’s famous point of view, this sentence very insightful summary of the most essential characteristics of customers. To explain in a plain language, is that any customer wants to get more, and pay less. The purpose of citing this point of view is to show that as long as the products and services that enterprises provide to customers can make customers pay less and get more, the purpose of enhancing customer satisfaction can be achieved.
