应用流式细胞仪检测了13例终末期肾病(ESRD)患者的外周血自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性及其对白细胞介素2(IL-2)调节的反应,发现ESRD患者的NK细胞活性明显降低,IL-2对患者的NK细胞调节作用强弱不一,荧光标记的单克隆抗体CD_(16)与NK细胞活性相关显著。
Flow cytometry was used to detect the activity of natural killer (NK) cells in peripheral blood and response to interleukin 2 (IL-2) regulation in 13 patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and found that NK cell activity IL-2 had different effects on the NK cells in patients. The fluorescence-labeled monoclonal antibody CD_ (16) was significantly correlated with NK cell activity.
