Brodie’s脓肿在过去是一种少见的亚急性或慢性的化脓性骨髓炎症病交。多发生于海绵质骨,如胫骨、肱骨及股骨等长管骨,而发生于下颌骨者更为少见。国内文献有关本病的报导尚未见到;但由于近年采抗菌素广泛的应用,对于急性骨髓炎经单纯抗菌素治疗,多转变为此型,临床上反较为常见。由于过去此病发现极少,不易为临床者所忆及,因而未能及时得到正确诊断与治疗,为此将我科1959年7—9月所观察并治疗的四个典型病案介绍于下,以供诸同道参考指正。 Brodie's abscess was a rare subacute or chronic suppurative osteomyelitis in the past.
