中国(上海)自贸试验区带动新一轮外贸企业涌入热潮,有望催生人才新需求。专家认为,自贸区建设凸显金融服务、高端航运及文化贸易等人才缺口,优质人力资源的国际竞争日趋激烈。目前,自贸区内部分门类新增企业数量和注册规模大幅增长。仅在试验区内文化贸易基地,自贸试验区挂牌前,9月新增企业注册资本108.45亿元,新增入驻企业15家。
China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone to drive a new round of foreign trade enterprises into the boom, is expected to spawn new demand for talent. Experts believe that the construction of a free trade area has highlighted the talent gap of financial services, high-end shipping and cultural trade, and the international competition for high-quality human resources has become increasingly fierce. At present, the number of newly-added enterprises and the registration scale of some categories in the FTZ have risen sharply. Only in the experimental area of cultural trade base, free trade zone before the listing, in September the new company registered capital of 10.845 billion yuan, 15 new enterprises.
