The National Biomedical Analysis Center, consisting of the Instrumental Test Center of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and the preparation of the Biomedical Analysis Laboratory of the Institute, was approved by the General Logistics Department and was approved by the State Science and Technology Commission on August 15, 1994. In January 1995, the center obtained the authorization certificate of the state-level testing agency for the detection and appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the State Science and Technology Commission and the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. On December 8, 1995, it passed the formal review of the Metrology Accreditation Evaluation Team of the National Analysis and Test Center and obtained the National Technical Supervision.
