省科协受省政府委托,组织有关学会对我省“七五”经济和社会发展计划进行学术论证。为此,省金属学会于8月15在南京召开专门会议,重点论证“七五”计划开发新兴产业,积极发展新型陶瓷材料、高分子材料、半导体材料、复合材料、特殊合金材料等。有关大专院校、科研院所、企(事)业单位,以及兄弟学会的专家、学者和科技人员34人应邀出席。省冶金厅副厅长、省金属学会理事长陆开元主持会议,省冶金厅厅长韩桂林、副厅长李三元出席了会议。现将“论证会”上的发言摘刊如下。
Provincial Association for science and technology commissioned by the provincial government, organize relevant societies on our province “seven five” economic and social development plan for academic demonstration. To this end, the provincial Institute of Metals in August 15 in Nanjing, a special meeting focused on demonstrating “seven five” plan to develop new industries, and actively develop new ceramic materials, polymer materials, semiconductor materials, composite materials, special alloy materials. 34 universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, and specialists, scholars and scientific and technological personnel of fraternal institutes were invited to attend. Provincial Department of Metallurgical Deputy Director, Provincial Institute of Metals Lu Kaiyuan presided over the meeting, Provincial Department of Metallurgy Hall Han Guilin, deputy director Li Sanyuan attended the meeting.
