目的采用RP-HPLC测定香茅挥发油中的橙花醛和香叶醛。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香茅挥发油,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(68∶32),流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长237 nm,柱温35℃。结果橙花醛和香叶醛分别为0.0533~0.3199、0.0971~0.5823μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.2%、100.6%,RSD分别为2.07%、2.06%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速,重复性好,准确度高,可作为香茅挥发油的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine neral and geranial aldehyde in the volatile oil of citronella by RP-HPLC. Methods The essential oil of citronella was extracted by steam distillation. The mobile phase consisted of Phenomenex Luna C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water (68:32) and flow rate of 0.8 mL · min-1 237 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results The neral and geranial were 0.0533 ~ 0.3199 and 0.0971 ~ 0.5823μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.2% and 100.6%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.07% and 2.06%, respectively (n = 9) . Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate. It can be used as quality control method of volatile oil of citronella.
