海南铁路地处少数民族地区,交通不便,职工看病困难,1985年12月广州铁路局卫生处组织专业人员给80%以上的女职工和家属进行了妇科普查(共724人),实检患病率89.78%,治疗病人201人,其中大中小手术122台。做到边妇查、边宫颈刮片镜检、边统计、边治疗,根据病种分类建立治疗随访花名册。现将检查治疗情况分析讨论如下:
