1984年中国有色金属研究院以20万美元向加拿大 SCIEX 公司购置一台 ICP—MS 仪器。至今近四年时间不能正常使用。从本文叙述的情况看,不容置疑是仪器在质量上未过关,售后服务又不及时所致。SCIEX 公司应对仪器不能投入使用所造成的时间,人力、经济上的损失承担责任。近年来,我国引进了大量的国外先进的仪器设备,多数质量是好的,维修服务也较好。但是,象本文所提到的情况也不是绝无仅有的。据我们了解,国内有一些单位进口的昂贵仪器设备,就因为这样或那样的问题而长期在那里睡大觉,造成的损失是令人痛心的。很明显,在订购国外仪器前,对其质量必须做深入的调研。本刊不仅向国内读者介绍国外先进的仪器设备,而且对其质量和存在的问题进行客观评价以供读者参考。我们欢迎国内用户能象罗建平同志那样及时向本刊反映情况。为了维护国内用户的合法权益,我们也希望国外公司要珍惜自己的信誉,一定要保证产品质量保证良好的及时的售后服务,以避免类似情况的发生。
In 1984, China Nonferrous Metal Research Institute purchased an ICP-MS instrument from SCIEX of Canada for $ 200,000. So far nearly four years can not be used normally. From the situation described in this article, no doubt that the quality of the instrument is not clearance, service is not due in time. SCIEX should take responsibility for the time, manpower, and economic losses caused by the equipment not being used. In recent years, China introduced a large number of advanced foreign equipment, the majority of the quality is good, maintenance services are better. However, as the situation mentioned in this article is not unique. According to our understanding, the loss of some expensive equipment imported by some units in China for a long period of time because of one way or another causes grief. Obviously, before ordering a foreign instrument, in-depth investigation of its quality is necessary. This magazine not only introduces domestic advanced equipment and equipment to domestic readers, but also gives an objective assessment of its quality and existing problems for readers’ reference. We welcome domestic users to reflect the situation promptly as Comrade Luo Jianping did.
