本文介绍特大型盐浴炉微机控制与生产管理系统,这种炉子主要用于铝材的淬火,用它可处理波音飞机等高质量航空铝料。用该微机系统改造传统设备,可达到温控精度<0.5℃,温度波动<2℃,显示精度<0.8℃。
This article describes the oversized salt bath microcomputer control and production management system, this furnace is mainly used for quenching of aluminum, with which it can handle high-quality aircraft aluminum, such as the Boeing aircraft. The computer system to transform the traditional equipment, temperature control accuracy can reach <0.5 ℃, temperature fluctuations <2 ℃, display accuracy <0.8 ℃.
