今天的北京第一实验小学,以她近百年的文化积淀为依托,确立了“建设学习、发展型和(谐)合(作)校园,办国内领先、国际知名的现代化学校”的办学目标。学校倡导和谐、合作的校风,求实、求是的教风,好学、会学的学风,师生共同践行“求真、感恩、知耻、砺行”的校训。现在,文化育人的办学特色初步形成。以现代课程系统、文化育人为核心,以教师发展系统、教科研系统为动力,以行政管理系统为调控,以服务保障系统为支持的学校发展运转体系已进入良性运行轨道。
