目的 评价溴莫普林 (BMP)的有效性和安全性。方法 采用随机对照试验 ,选用复方磺胺甲基异 口恶唑 (SMZ TMP ,SMZ co)为对照药 ,共治疗细菌性感染 40例。其中BMP和SMZco分别为 2 0例 ,包括呼吸道、泌尿道感染。结果 BMP治愈率 40 % ,有效率 75 % ,细菌清除率 90 % ;SMZco相应为 5 5 % ,85 % ,90 %。统计学处理两组无明显差异。BMP不良反应发生率为 10 %。结论 BMP在药效和不良反应方面与SMZco相似 ,是一种长效、安全的新型抗菌药。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bromopram (BMP). Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted in which 40 cases of bacterial infections were treated with compound sulfamethoxazole (SMZ TMP, SMZ co) as control. Including BMP and SMZco were 20 cases, including respiratory tract and urinary tract infections. Results The cure rate of BMP was 40%, the effective rate was 75% and the bacterial clearance rate was 90%. The SMZco was 55%, 85% and 90% respectively. Statistical analysis of two groups no significant difference. The incidence of adverse reactions of BMP was 10%. Conclusion BMP is similar to SMZco in pharmacodynamics and adverse reactions and is a long-acting and safe new antibacterial drug.
