中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会于1987年10月11日至10月14日在柳州市召开了“现代预应力混凝土结构及高强混凝土学术讨论会”。来自全国建工、建材、铁道、交通、电力、冶金、高校、机械委、国家计委等9个系统,61个单位的101名专家、学者、工程技术人员出席了会议。大会共收到论文81篇,宣读63篇。这次会议检阅了近年来我国发展预应力混凝土结构和高强混凝土的主要成就。在预应力混凝土结构方面,建立了新的设计概念,按照结构功能、所处环境、施工条件及材料性能等灵活地运用预应力度概念,发展了部分预应力理论。部分预应力混凝土结构和无粘结预应力结构在房屋、桥梁和水工结构中均有一批成
The China Society of Civil Engineering Society, Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Society, held the “Preliminary Symposium on Modern Prestressed Concrete Structures and High Strength Concrete” in Liuzhou from October 11th to October 14th, 1987. From the national system of construction, building materials, railways, transportation, electricity, metallurgy, universities, mechanical committees, and state planning commissions, 9 systems, 101 experts, scholars and engineering technicians from 61 units attended the meeting. The conference received a total of 81 papers and read 63 articles. This meeting reviewed the major achievements in the development of prestressed concrete structures and high-strength concrete in recent years in China. In the prestressed concrete structure, a new design concept has been established. According to the structural function, environment, construction conditions and material properties, the concept of prestress degree has been flexibly used to develop a partial prestress theory. Partially prestressed concrete structures and unbonded prestressed structures all have one batch in houses, bridges and hydraulic structures.
