患者女,23岁,反复心悸1年半,妊娠7个月,持续心悸3个月,于1987年1月20日入院。入院检查:颜面稍浮肿,口唇轻度发绀,两肺呼吸音正常,心界不大,心率188次/min,律齐,无杂音,腹部膨隆(7个月妊娠),肝、脾未及,双下肢轻度浮肿。ESR30mm/h,ASO、CPK、LDH、T_3、T_4、TSH 等测值正常。ECG 示房性心动过速。UCG 显示左房相对偏大,有少量心包积液,左心功能测值偏低,余心内结构正常。
