1998年,美国职业安全与健康管理局开始筹划一个新标准,要求全美国所有工作场所建立长期的安全与健康计划。这个计划要用管理局的监管能力来规范工人劳动中的行为,并且避免工伤和职业病的发生。安全和健康计划包括四个组成部分:管理义务和工作责任、工作条件评估、危险控制与防护、安全健康培训。
In 1998, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration began planning a new standard that required long-term safety and health programs in all workplaces throughout the United States. The plan uses the regulatory power of the Authority to regulate the behavior of workers in work and to avoid injuries and occupational diseases. The safety and health plan consists of four components: management obligations and job responsibilities, assessment of working conditions, risk control and protection, safety and health training.
