一、引言我厂生产的不锈钢波纹管一般采用国外进口材料。在大批量生产时,常常遇到产品成型率不稳定的现象。不锈钢管坯质量的好坏直接影响着波纹管的成型,而管坯的性能又是由许多因素决定的。合理地选择这些因素,能够达到比较满意的效果。二、探讨为了找出影响不锈钢波纹管成型率的主要因素,我们就材料中的夹杂物、冷变形量、晶粒度、表面质量对管坯性能的影响进行了探讨。 (一)非金属夹杂物TiN对不诱钢管坯性能的影响我厂生产的不锈钢波纹管材料为AISI321,它属于18—8钢的一种。这种钢材常因发生沿晶界腐蚀而破坏。为此,一般在冶炼时特意加入一定量的Ti,使它和C结合成
