我县经过撤区改村,由村民直接民主选举产生了首届“村官”。村主任是一个非常关键、非常重要的岗位,也是一个光荣艰巨的岗位。当好一个“村官”很不容易,当一个优秀“村官”则更加不易。新事、大事、难事,事事缠身,酸、甜、苦、辣,味味尝尽。“村官”们肩负着带领村民脱贫奔康,实现跨世纪宏伟目标的历史重任。如何才能做到上不愧党、下不负民呢?我想,主要应做好如下三点:
