以盆栽平邑甜茶幼苗为试验材料,设置连作土对照(CK)、单施氮肥(N)、施氮磷肥(NP)和单施磷肥(P)4个处理,探讨氮磷添加对连作平邑甜茶幼苗及土壤环境的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施NP显著促进了平邑甜茶幼苗株高、地径、干重和鲜重的增加,分别为对照的1.58倍、1.38倍、2.48倍和2.6倍;显著提高了根系长度,为对照的2.51倍;提高了平邑甜茶幼苗的根系呼吸速率和根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,分别为对照的1.92倍、1.26倍、2.69倍、3.23倍;同时提高了土壤细菌/真菌比值和土壤主要酶活性。综上所述,连作土中添加适宜氮磷可显著改善连作土壤环境,促进根系生长,最终减轻苹果连作障碍现象。
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus addition on the growth and development of plantation of Phyllostachys praecox treated with four treatments including CK, N, N and P, Effect of sweet tea seedlings and soil environment. The results showed that compared with the control, application of NP significantly increased the plant height, diameter, dry weight and fresh weight of P. euphratica seedling, which were 1.58 times, 1.38 times, 2.48 times and 2.6 times of the control respectively; significantly increased Root length 2.51 times that of the control, and increased the root respiration rate and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in roots of P. euphratica seedlings, which were 1.92 times, 1.26 times, 2.69 times and 3.23 times of the control, respectively. Meanwhile, the ratio of soil bacteria to fungi and the main enzyme activity of soil were increased. In summary, continuous addition of suitable nitrogen and phosphorus soil can significantly improve the continuous cropping soil environment, promote root growth, and ultimately reduce the phenomenon of apple continuous cropping obstacles.
