本文提出一种新方法,从现有活度实验数据求得Fe-C合金奥氏体和铁素体中C-C交互作用能,碳的偏摩尔焓和偏摩尔非配置熵.将这些数据用于计算Fe-C相图,平衡部分结果与实测相图十分符合.同过去的方法相比较,本文方法能从分散、有限的活度实验数据中得到更合理的结果.然而分析表明,迄今碳在铁素体中活度数据仍欠精确,尚难依据它来确定具有明确物理意义的铁素体中C-C交互作用能数值。
In this paper, we propose a new method to obtain the interaction energies of CC, the partial molar enthalpy and the partial molar entropy of carbon in the austenite and ferrite of Fe-C alloy from the existing experimental data of activity. These data are used in Calculated Fe-C phase diagram, the equilibrium part of the results with the actual phase diagram is very consistent with the previous method compared to the method from scattered, limited activity experimental data to get more reasonable results However, the analysis shows that so far carbon Activity data in ferrite is still less accurate, and it is difficult to determine the value of CC interaction in ferrite with definite physical meaning based on it.
