为了支持我国经济在90年代高速增长,有些专家建议将汽车、房地产业作为我国的支柱产业。从1991年开始,房地产业确实一直在升温,开发企业数从2000家一下增加到10000余家,不少房地产商从开发中获得了巨额的收益。然而,1993年下半年的宏观调控和整顿金融秩序,使沿海和内地不少地区房地产市场呈现萧条之势。再加上来自东邻日本有关房地产引起“泡沫经济”的报道,不免使高层决策当局对房地产业作为我国支柱产业的现实性发生疑问。如果我们对支柱产业的判断
In order to support China’s rapid economic growth in the 1990s, some experts suggested that the automobile and real estate industries should be taken as the pillar industries in China. Since 1991, the real estate industry has indeed been heating up. The number of development enterprises has increased from about 2,000 to more than 10,000.
