目的:优化槲皮素铜配位化合物的合成条件。方法:采用正交试验对槲皮素与乙酸铜络合反应的工艺参数进行优化。结果:反应温度对槲皮素铜配合物的产率具有显著影响,通过方差分析得到优化的络合反应条件为:槲皮素与乙酸铜摩尔质量配比为1∶1,在60℃络合反应30min,产率为82.10%。结论:该工艺稳定可行,槲皮素铜配合物产率较高。
Objective: To optimize the synthesis conditions of quercetin copper coordination compounds. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process parameters of complexation between quercetin and copper acetate. RESULTS: The reaction temperature had a significant effect on the yield of quercetin copper complexes. The optimized complexation reaction conditions were obtained by analysis of variance: the molar mass ratio of quercetin to copper acetate was 1:1 and was complexed at 60°C. The reaction was carried out for 30 min and the yield was 82.10%. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, and the yield of quercetin copper complexes is high.
