The current turbulent international monetary markets have forced us to re-examine many previous assertions about the financial aspects of globalization, markets and creative industries. Among them, regarding the creative industry and its role in international exchange, the relevant research should not be limited to the economic elements but should extend to the “game” function of creative industries in social activities by focusing on artists, Social organizations and public space case studies, we can see. The efforts of the United Kingdom and other European countries in supporting the development of artists and creative industries are noteworthy.
