本文用有限元法研究机耕船船体的动态强度问题。首先计算固定界面下,船体的振动特征值和特征向量;然后应用模态综合法,求解船体和车轮系统的整体动态特性;再用正则模态坐标中的逐步积分法。求取结构的动力响应和动应力响应;(在求解时作了某些改进,从而大大节约了计算时间。)最后利用本文方法编制了程序,计算了二种型式的机耕船模型的动力问题。计算结果和实验比较吻合。计算结果表明脱壳式船体的动态特性比固定式船体优越。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to study the dynamic strength of the hull of a plowed vessel. Firstly, the vibration characteristic values and eigenvectors of the hull under the fixed interface are calculated. Then, the modal synthesis method is used to solve the overall dynamic characteristics of the hull and wheel system. Then the integral method in the regular mode coordinates is used. The dynamic response and the dynamic stress response of the structure are obtained. (Some improvements are made in the solution, which greatly saves the calculation time.) Finally, the program of the method is used to calculate the dynamic problems of two types of plow-boat model. The calculated result is in good agreement with the experiment. The calculation results show that the dynamic characteristics of the hull hull are superior to those of the fixed hull.
