利用光学显微镜、维氏显微硬度计、扫描电镜等手段对退火前后电工钢热轧板的组织和性能进行检测分析。结果表明:退火温度对电工钢热轧板组织再结晶程度和显微硬度的影响均较退火时间更为强烈,退火过程中材料发生再结晶,材料的硬度下降,该电工钢较为合适的退火处理工艺是850℃-90 s。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot-rolled electrical steel sheet before and after annealing were examined by means of optical microscope, Vickers microhardness tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that annealing temperature affects the degree of recrystallization and the microhardness of the hot-rolled steel plate more than the annealing time.
