我县种子公司于1984年做了早锦稻种不同贮藏年限对生活力影响的试验,目的是了解水稻种子不同贮藏年限对种子生活力和成苗率的影响,为水稻种子安全保管提供科学依据。一、试验材料供试早锦稻种分别是1982年10月和1983年10月份收购的一级良种,入库种子均达到了标准水份。1982年10月收购的早锦稻种当时含水量为13%,发芽势97%,发芽率98%;1983年10月收购的早锦稻种含水量为14%,发芽势92%,发芽率95%。都采用室外坐囤贮藏,保管条件一致。
