患者,男,29岁,4个月来畏寒发热,心悸气短、伴心前区疼痛、乏力,1个月来夜间阵发性呼吸困难。体检:37.4℃,BP13.3/8.0kpa,P104次/分,贫血貌。颈静脉轻度怒张。心界向左下扩大,胸骨左缘3.4肋间有Ⅲ级收缩期喷射性杂音及舒张期叹气样杂音,心尖部亦有双期杂音。胸透示左室大,左房右室稍大,诊断为风湿性联合瓣膜病并发感染性心内膜炎,经治疗无效死亡。

Thoracic revealed a large left ventricle, left atrial slightly larger room, diagnosed with rheumatic valvular heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis, died of treatment ineffective.
