随着“艺考”热的不断升温,播音主持院校数量、招生数量和报名数量不断刷新纪录,播音主持专业的发展呈现繁荣景象。面对不断变化的市场需求和竞争压力,相关高校的播音主持专业除了通过严格控制招生数量、坚持小班教学等方式保证教学质量外,很多院校开始不断探索教学新模式,如推动校台合作、建立主持人工作室、鼓励优秀主持人与学生“一对一”结对等。这些做法都是默会理念下的教学探索,以期助推播音主持专业的真正发展。
