2008年以来,大连市西岗区坚持教育改革导向,坚持以探索教育优质发展文化共性为追求,鼓励学校积极寻找发展个性路径。西岗区学校经过理论和实践的检验,取得了良好的教育效果,受到了各级领导、专家的肯定和社会的广泛关注。《全球教育展望》《人民教育》《中小学管理》《中国教育报》《辽宁教育》等杂志先后刊载其教育理论成果。通过宣传介绍,全国各地的教育行政领导、校长、教师纷至沓来,参观、学习西岗的教育经验。西岗教育受到如此关注,其成功的秘诀在哪里?本文撷几片案例,希望能给读者带来些许启示。
Since 2008, Xigang District, Dalian City, adhere to the orientation of education reform, adhere to the exploration of cultural common development of education as the pursuit of quality, encourage schools to actively seek development path of personality. After the test of theory and practice, schools in Xigang District have achieved good educational results and been affirmed by leaders and experts at all levels and have drawn widespread public attention.
