幼儿园混龄教育利弊研究——以长春市H园为例

国外的混龄教育已有几十年的历史,也取得了一定的研究成果,这种教育方式能够扩大孩子的接触面,使他们有更多的机会和不同年龄阶段的孩子交往,有利于形成孩子健全的性格。而国内的混龄教育起步比较晚,相关研究也较少。目前我国很多幼儿园是间断性的混龄教育,不足以体现混龄教育的优势。针对混龄教育出现的问题,笔者进行了系统化的研究,找出解决此弊端的方法,使混龄教育在更大程度上发挥作用。 Mixed-age education in foreign countries has been for decades and has achieved some research results. This kind of education can expand the contact area of ​​children and give them more opportunities to interact with children of different ages, which is conducive to the formation of Child’s healthy character. However, the mixed-age education in China started relatively late, and there are few related researches. At present, many kindergartens in our country are intermittent mixed-age education, not enough to reflect the advantages of mixed-age education. In view of the problems of mixed age education, the author has conducted a systematic study to find out ways to solve this problem so that mixed-age education can play a greater role.
