急性白血病(AL)本身及其治疗后骨髓抑制期和重型再障(SAA)均可致血小板(BPC)严重减少,常可并发严重出血而危及生命,如及时输注BPC,可使外周血BPC明显增高,对预防或治疗出血均能起很大作用。本文介绍我科应用单采BPC紧急输注治疗AL、SAA血小板减少出血的临床疗效。1 临床资料
