卷取机活门支撑间隙调整方法优化

针对3台森吉米尔可逆式轧机卷取机活门支撑的配合间隙按照原始调整方法已无法满足生产需求的问题,对轧制过程中的卷取机卷筒进行受力分析,找出卷筒蘑菇头与活门支撑间的配合接触面,再通过原始间隙进行推算,得出最佳配合间隙,总结出一套快速有效的调整方法。 In view of the problem that the fitting clearance of the valve support of 3 Sendzimir reversing mill winders can not meet the production requirement according to the original adjustment method, the force analysis of the winder drum in the rolling process is performed to find out that the mandrel mushroom head And the valve support the contact between the contact surface, and then through the original gap to calculate the best fit clearance, summed up a fast and effective adjustment method.
