目前,我国食品行业失信成本低、违法收益高的现状引起了党中央和国务院的高度重视。李克强总理分别在国务院三次常务会议上讲到食品安全问题,并明确要建立最严格的食品药品安全监管制度。食品安全已成为政府和人民共同关注的焦点问题。由于食品安全直接关系着消费者的生命健康和社会和谐与稳定,人人都可能成为不合格食品的潜在受害者,因此,人人也都应该参与到食品安全的治理中来,为食品安全尽一份力。我国食品安全道德诚信体系建设试点工作已经开始,及时认真总结前期经验和成功做法,因地制宜把试点成果转化为制度规范,把有效措施运用到全面实践,为其他地区开展食品安全道德诚信体系建设树立学习榜样和工作标准,形成以点带面、积面成片的良好局面。
