为加大对防汛法规的学习、宣传、贯彻力度,掀起学法、执法的新高潮,进而增强全民的防洪意识,提高各级防汛人员的依法防洪水平,省防办决定在全省范围内开展一次防洪有关法规知识竞赛。本次知识竞赛以市地为单位,各市地防办负责组织本地竞赛活动,请各参赛人员将答卷寄到所在市地防办(截止时间为5月底),具体事宜请与所在市地防办联系;水利厅直属不在郑单位,自行组织本单位知识竞赛活动;厅属在郑单位知识竞赛活动,由省防办统一组织。本次知识竞赛设个人奖若干,得奖率10%左右。
