混合教学模式是将传统的教学方法与网络化教学方式相结合,形成优势互补的一类教学模式。随着教育改革的不断推进,翻转课堂的混合式教学模式成为高等院校教育改革的重要研究方向。本文就以翻转课堂理念中的混合教学模式为基础,以《企业管理基础》课堂为例,探讨了混合教学模式在实际教学中的设计和实践。
The hybrid teaching mode combines the traditional teaching methods and networked teaching methods to form a kind of teaching mode with complementary advantages. With the continuous promotion of education reform, the hybrid teaching mode in overturning classroom has become an important research direction in higher education reform. Based on the mixed teaching mode in the concept of overturned classrooms and the classroom of “enterprise management foundation”, this article discusses the design and practice of mixed teaching mode in practical teaching.
