顺铂(C-DDP)是一种有效的抗癌药物,其适应证很广。但C-DDP用于治疗癌症有较大的毒副反应,影响患者体质,限制了其使用的剂量和频度。已有研究报道,茶多酚(TP)可作为免疫功能增强剂和肿瘤多药抗药性逆转剂,用于肿瘤病人的抗放升白和使抗药细胞对原有抗癌药物重新具有敏感性。本文从动物模型和临床试验研究了TP及其主体成分儿茶素减轻顺铂治疗癌症的毒副反应,并对其机理进行了探讨,以促进TP抗癌研究,使古老的茶叶为人类
Cisplatin (C-DDP) is an effective anti-cancer drug with a wide range of indications. However, C-DDP is used for the treatment of cancer with greater toxicity, affecting the patient’s constitution and limiting the dose and frequency of its use. It has been reported that tea polyphenols (TP) can be used as immune function enhancers and tumor multidrug resistance reversal agents for the anti-lump-whitening of cancer patients and to make the anti-cancer cells re-sensitize to the original anti-cancer drugs. . In this paper, animal models and clinical trials were conducted to study the toxicities and side effects of TP and its main component catechin in the treatment of cancer by cisplatin, and its mechanism was discussed in order to promote TP anticancer research and make ancient tea for humans.
