通过计算机绘制了Cu-Ni-Si-P合金热加工图,研究了不同热加工参数下合金的热变形行为。结果表明,Cu-Ni-Si-P铜合金最佳的热加工参数为:变形温度750~800℃,应变速率0.01~0.10/s。
The hot working diagram of Cu-Ni-Si-P alloy was drawn by computer and the thermal deformation behavior of the alloy under different thermal processing parameters was studied. The results show that the optimum thermal processing parameters of Cu-Ni-Si-P copper alloy are: deformation temperature 750-800 ℃, strain rate 0.01-0.10 / s.
